Notification of the merger of Farmak International Sp. z o.o. and Symphar Sp. z o.o.

Farmak International Sp. z o.o. is in the process of merging with Symphar Sp. z o.o. The merger will occur through the acquisition of all assets of Farmak International Sp. z o.o. by Symphar Sp. z o.o., as both Farmak International Sp. z o.o. and Symphar Sp. z o.o. are 100% owned by the same capital group Farmak International.

As of 27 March 2024, Farmak AG has successfully finalized its acquisition of Symphar Sp. z o.o., becoming the sole owner of the Polish pharmaceutical company through a cash transaction.

Farmak exported its proprietary medicinal product to South Africa (South Africa) for the first time at the end of August, with sales beginning in the autumn.

Farmak, a leading Ukrainian manufacturer of medicinal products, joined the world’s largest Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) conference, which took place from 26-30 November in Chicago.

Every year, the CPHI Worldwide international trade fair is visited by tens of thousands of visitors from different countries and continents. It brings together under one roof representatives from all areas involved in drug development and production: from innovative research centres to manufacturers of advanced pharmaceutical equipment. Farmak participates in the exhibition every year and presents the drugs produced in Ukraine to the international community.

Announcement on the merger of Farmak International Sp. z o.o. and NORD FARM Sp. z o.o. On 03.01.2024, Nordfarm Sp. z o.o. was merged with Farmak International Sp. z o.o., so that all obligations now remain with Farmak International with full organisational and legal continuity.
