Koszykowa 65, 00-667 Warsaw, registered in the Business Register of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000160954, REGON: 01544935200000, NIP: 5213240268, share capital: PLN 26,872,500 (the “Company”), we hereby inform you that in connection with the registration of the merger by acquisition in the Business Register of the National Court Register as of 1 April 2025, the Company, as the acquiring company, the Company has acquired Farmak International sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: Aleja Jana Pawła II 22, 00-133 Warsaw, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division, under the KRS number: 0000589765, REGON: 36244968500000, NIP: 7010505403, with a share capital of PLN 43,583,000 (the “Acquired Company”), assuming all the rights and obligations of the Acquired Company as of the date of the merger.
In addition, we would like to inform you that the Company has changed its business name from “Symphar” to “Farmak International” and has been operating as Farmak International sp. z o.o. since 1 April 2025.
