Acting on behalf of Farmak International Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, Al. Jana Pawła II 22, 00-133 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS no.: 0000589765, registration court: District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XII Economic Division of the National Court Register. Warsaw, XII Economic Division of the National Court Register, with NIP no.: 7010505403, REGON no.: 362449685, we would like to inform that Farmak International Sp. z o.o. has started the process of merger with NORD FARM Sp. z o.o., seated in Warsaw. The merger will take place through the acquisition of all assets of NORD FARM Sp. z o.o. by Farmak International Sp. z o.o. in a simplified procedure, as NORD FARM Sp. z o.o. is 100% owned by Farmak International Sp. z o.o..
The merger is planned for the end of the year, i.e. 31 December 2023. As of the date of the merger, Farmak International Sp. z o.o. will assume all the rights and obligations of NORD FARM Sp. z o.o. Permits, licences and concessions granted to NORD FARM Sp. z o.o. will be transferred to Farmak International Sp. z o.o..
As of the date of entry of the merger into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, Farmak International Sp. z o.o. will become a party to all existing agreements concluded by NORD FARM Sp. z o.o., without the need to conclude any annexes or additional agreements. We will inform you of the entry.
For you as our customers, this fact will not entail any changes in the service process. Full organisational and legal continuity will be maintained. There are also no plans for any changes to the existing product range or personnel changes. Hence, after the merger, all our employees will continue to be at your disposal and provide their assistance under the Farmak International brand.
